International deliveries are made by DHL. Deliveries can be made in 7 days or less to any city in the world. The delivery cost is calculated automatically when you choose your country in your cart in our Internet store. Payment for your order can be made only by credit card.
Please be aware that upon receiving your order you may have to pay a customs tax that is set individually by each country. Unfortunately, we do not have information about the customs tax in your region. We recommend that you check these tax rates in your local DHL office.
In St. Petersburg
Orders formed by 16:00 from Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1-2 working days. If you order at night or on weekends, delivery is made on the second working day. Delivery time on weekdays is from 11:00 to 19:00. Delivery costs range from 90-200 rubles within the city center, and from 350-500 rubles in the city suburbs.
In Moscow
Orders formed by 16:00 from Monday to Friday will be delivered within 1-2 working days. If you order at night or on weekends, delivery is made on the second working day. Delivery time on weekdays is from 11:00 to 19:00. Delivery costs range from 250-300 rubles.
Within Russia
Delivery of goods within the territory of the Russian Federation is done by EMC Russian Post, SPSR, DPD, and DHL. The speed and cost of delivery is calculated automatically when you choose your city in the basket of the online store. If your city is not listed, select the region to which it applies.
