Conditions for the return or exchange of goods of normal quality (if the goods did not fit in size and style)

Within 7 days from the receipt of the purchase, you have the right to return or exchange goods of any quality. The main condition is the complete preservation of the marketable condition of the purchase, consumer properties, packaging, factory labels and checks.

All shipping costs for the return or exchange of goods are the responsibility of the buyer: in St. Petersburg – the cost of courier delivery, in the Russian Federation – the cost of mailing from your region.


When returning or exchanging goods, the client:

1.     Fills out an application indicating all the shortcomings of the purchase. When exchanging – indicates the full name of the goods for which he wants the exchange.

2.     Prints out the application and fills it out:

·       if exchange, detail only the upper part;

·       if return, then in full (be sure to specify the details for the money transfer);

3.     Puts a live signature, scans or photographs (all information in the application should be readable), sends it to shop@zenit-trade.ru

4.     Sends the goods by mail with the original application enclosed. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will send the right product or carry out a refund.

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods of inappropriate quality

Exchange and return are made within 30 days after the purchase, provided that the complete set and receipts are fully preserved.

Our company assumes all transportation costs for the return or exchange of goods.

When returning or exchanging goods, the customer names the exact order number, fills out an application indicating all the shortcomings of the purchase. When exchanging he also indicates the full name of the goods for which he wants the exchange.

The images on the site may slightly differ from the actual type of product. This may be due to the difference in resolution and brightness of monitors, and therefore is not a disadvantage of the product. We count on your understanding.
